TODAY’S ERLINDA NOTE
Buck Full Moon Energy
Â
Good morning!
Can I ask you something?
Have you felt...different the last few days?
Not necessarily anxious. Not necessarily excited. Just...different.

Â
I've had so many conversations lately where people have said something feels "off." Others have told me they feel unusually emotional, incredibly clear, deeply reflective, or strangely calm.
Ironically...I've felt the calm.
Â
Even with things in my own life that would normally make me feel stressed, there's been this quiet peace I can't really explain. At the same time, my intuition has felt sharper than it has in a long time.
Last night's Buck Moon had me thinking about that.
Â
Traditionally, the Buck Moon gets its name from the time of year when deer begin growing new antlers a season of growth, renewal, and becoming stronger than before.
Whether you believe the moon influences us or simply see it as a beautiful reminder of the seasons, I think the symbolism is worth paying attention to.
Â
Astrologically, this year's Buck Moon is occurring in Aquarius, a sign often associated with authenticity, higher vision, community, and breaking free from old patterns.
Â
Many interpret an Aquarius Full Moon as a time to:
Let go of beliefs, habits, or relationships that no longer align with who you're becoming.
Gain sudden clarity or "aha" moments that have been building beneath the surface.
Feel pulled between security (what's familiar) and growth (what's possible).
Reconnect with your bigger purpose and the impact you want to have on others.
Feel emotionally detached from drama while becoming more aware of what truly matters.
For some people, this energy can feel emotional or restless. For others, it can feel like an unexpected sense of peace and inner knowing, even when circumstances would normally create stress.
Â
That doesn't necessarily mean life has become easier. It can simply feel like your inner compass has become stronger.Â
Â
Growth doesn't always feel loud.
Sometimes growth feels like finally trusting yourself.
Sometimes it feels like releasing what you've been carrying.
Sometimes it feels like choosing peace in situations where the old version of you would've chosen fear.
For me, I've learned that when life gets noisy, I don't need more opinions.
Â
I need more prayer.
More stillness.
More time with God.
That's where clarity has always found me.
So today, instead of asking yourself, "What's wrong with me?"
Maybe ask...
"What is God trying to show me in this season?"
Â
You might be surprised by what comes up when you slow down long enough to listen.
If you've been feeling the energy of this week in some way, I'd genuinely love to hear from you.
Just hit reply and tell me...
One word.
Â
How have you been feeling lately?
I'm praying this Thursday brings you peace, wisdom, and the courage to keep becoming who you were created to be.
With love,
Â
 Erlinda
